The project is in incubation. The objective is to provide an effective EMF software factory tool in June 2010. An EGF deliverable contains the EGF engine and basic factories. Examples of factories are provided in the EGF wiki. EGF 0.1.0 and 0.2.x runs on Eclipse 3.5 and requires Java 5.x EGF 0.1.0 embeds Antlr runtime 3.0, Log4J 1.2.13, and Jet-1. EGF extensions and portfolios embeds their own bundles, with their own IP issues None of the EGF deliverables are internationalized. The EGF project is divided into three kinds of activities: EGF Engine, EGF Pattern Engine, and the EGF portfolios. 0.2.0: The initial version 0.1.0 was not extensible. This implied a complete refactoring: EGF model, infrastructure, with interface impacts. 0.2.0: are introduced pattern call, pattern injection. Not planned yet: Customization of the EMF generation
