diagnostics - The chain of diagnostics to which problems are to be appended.
context - The cache of context-specific information.

validateMultiplicity

                             java.util.Map<java.lang.Object,java.lang.Object> context)
The multiplicity of the InputPins is 1..1. first.is(1,1) and second.is(1,1)
