Type Parameters:
NEXT - the stage available after the comparison is completed

The right-hand comparison stage. Completing an operator returns the enclosing clause stage. Equality and ordering comparisons retain SQL NULL semantics; use isNull() or isNotNull() to test for NULL explicitly.
